Jeffrey S. Moyer

This course covers the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the United States government and the role each branch plays in the policymaking process. Students will learn about the President's role in setting the agenda and overseeing the implementation of public policy as well as Congress' role as a 'check' on executive power.
